We start with 12 weeks to:
You’ll create a body with enhanced stress tolerance, emotional safety and healing capacity — all markers of a robust nervous system.
You’ll be able to notice, then diffuse the painful unconscious mental limitations causing resistance in your purpose work or conflict in your relationships.
If breaking old belief + behaviour patterns is difficult, it’s likely because old systems of thinking have become enmeshed with your current sense of identity, and you’re unconsciously consolidating this limited worldview with the language you use.
To create new outcomes, you need to be able to rest your mind within a body that is relaxed, vital and able to adapt.
Without this secure embodiment, the mind has nowhere to rest + integrate change.
